Kpocha Asian Street Food is looking for a strong Kitchen Leader to take ownership of daily kitchen operations.

This role is perfect for a Sous Chef or Lead Line Cook ready to step into a management position.

You Will:
• Run daily kitchen production & service
• Manage ordering & inventory
• Receive & organize deliveries
• Control food cost & prep levels
• Maintain food safety & cleanliness
• Support FOH operations when needed
• Lead team & ensure consistency

Schedule Expectation:
• 5 Days/Week
• Scheduled within business operating hours we open at (11:30-8:00pm) —>likely work (10:00AM–9:00PM)
• Weekend & evening availability required

We Offer:
✅ $50K–$53K Salary (Based on Experience)
✅ $2,000–$3,000 Bonus (based on food cost & inventory performance)
✅ 1 Week Paid Vacation (scheduled with accommodation)

We braise our St.Louis Rib for the broth and adding those kimchi in for the delicious soup flavor served with SHIN NOODLE or steam rice 🍚. Beside that, we have Corndog of the month with Nacho-Dorito with jalapeño sauce, queso dip. So much fun for this winter 🥶 cold
