No pre-sliced, pre-packaged beef here. We season and cook our beef in-house, then slice it fresh and thin for every batch of our Italian Beef sandwiches.

It takes a little more time, but we think you can taste the difference. Tender beef, rich au jus, and plenty of flavor — made the way we want to serve it.
