TALK ABOUT A MISTAKE!
The egg bite sandwich originally came to be because of a small mistake. I overcooked the egg bites and they had a very crispy top. So much so that I was ready to throw them out because it wasn’t to my standard quality to push to customers.
My brother got upset that I was ready to throw them in the trash and said that we need to find a way to still use them as they didn’t taste bad, they just didn’t look perfect.
After a few few minutes, my brother looks at me and says, “why don’t you turn them into a sandwich?”.
To which I replied, “ nah man that’s a dumb idea”.
After thinking about it, I looked back at him and thought of how great of an idea it really was.
I thought to myself how can I make it a sandwich and what can I put in the middle?
After a few trial and errors, we came up with what we have now.
THE EGG BITE SANDWICH IS NOW OUR NUMBER ONE SELLER!
I guess what I’m trying to get at is that I just want you all to know that not every mistake is a failure. Not every dumb idea is a bad idea. Nobody is perfect, but be grateful for your mistakes as they allow you to learn and grow.
