Hixson Choo Choo BBQ Good BBQ, good folks, and good times -- that’s what you’ll find here at Choo Choo BBQ. See y’all soon!

Hickory-smoked meats and good ole Southern cooking have been favorite family traditions of ours for as long as we can remember, and since 2006, we’ve shared that tradition with Hixson by serving up authentic, slow-cooked BBQ favorites, and we've loved every second of it! Whether you’re craving ribs, fresh catfish, or homemade chicken and dumplings just like Grandma's, we’ll always have your fix. Nothing makes us prouder than cooking up the best BBQ around for the best community there is.
