Hello Nique’s Bar B Que family and friends,

I would like to apologize for our absence. I have recently accepted a position under conditions I could not refuse. I anticipate this new journey will benefit both my family and my business. Though this opportunity has required me to step away from the kitchen for a while, I still plan to continue to find ways to make great barbecue. I will always post here when I am cooking up.

Many of you are looking forward to the smoked turkey breasts for the holidays. We will deliver that with a promise. Wow, what a crazy few days! The last time we spoke, we mentioned being under construction. This wasn’t what we were talking about but that’s ok 😆.

We are excited to be back in the office! However, the restaurant will be closed for a short time for restoration and re-inspection.
