that writes its entire menu daily based on the freshest local seafood available. Our epicurean dinner menu offers an array of 14 fresh fish, Rack of Lamb, Filet Mignon, and many other delights. We offer an extensive w**e list that specializes in California Cab’s, Oregon Pinot Noir, Rhone Valley, and Bordeaux. Rhône Valley Red Wines 🍇 Margaret loves them because they pair so easily with food and have a nice range price range.

🍷 Côtes du Rhône and Châteauneuf-du-Pape
• Most well known
• Modestly priced
• Tend to have a bit more spice because they have more Grenache 🍇 (red w**e grape known for producing fruit-forward, medium-bodied w**es)

🍷 Crozes-Hermitage and Saint-Joseph
• More Syrah-based 🍇 (dark-skinned grape variety used to make full-bodied, deeply colored red w**es)
• Have a meatiness to them, so they pair well with game dishes, lamb or steak

We are incredibly sad to hear about the passing of our friend Duncan Sheik. This autographed poster hangs right inside the front door at Charlies L’etoile Verte. He signed it for Margaret Golson Pearman after a benefit concert he held on HHI. Nancy Golson has lots of fond memories and stories about Duncan and his family. It was always a treat to have them dine with us.

We are sending our love and prayers to his family and friends.
