August Hours announcement!! Things are changing so read on...

As summer begins to taper off and school starts in a few weeks, the roastery will be CLOSED Sundays.

With the addition of our New Orleans location we've been feeling our traffic patterns and finding what works. We've decided to have consistent hours at both locations and make hours a little longer at the Roastery. So beginning August 1st...

Our espresso is not left up to chance.
One of the first things that our team learns when they are hired, is how to dial espresso. Dialing happens daily - we calibrate the grinder to the beans (the beans change based on age, weather, temperature) and we make sure it falls within our espresso recipe guidelines.
The result? Sweet, nutty, chocolatey espresso in every drink.

Move 300lbs of coffee with me...
If you've been to our roastery, you know our space is limited. With the quanitity we are roasting every week, this means we get frequent deliveries and lots of rearranging. A little over a week ago we got a delivery of roughly 2000lbs of coffee...and now we've got another 1500lbs coming so we have to make space!
Each of these bags weighs 130-150lbs so it takes a little bit of 💪.

When the OGs sweat it out together...when it's 97 degrees outside, 92 degrees in the roastery....and you gotta roast bab...

But the music is legit...Nelly singing "it's getting hot in here so take off all your clothes" and it's hot in here but we are keeping our clothes...and I don't know what will happen when we leave Matt alone.
