This week we helped kick off the Visitation Catholic School year by providing a delicious catered The Original Chickies Beef lunch to the wonderful teachers & staff. We wish them all a blessed and faith-filled 26-27 year! 💙🙏🏼

I was near The Original Chickies Beef today for work so I stopped in for a combo with their homemade giardiniera dipped with their delicious fresh cut fries. Always a solid sandwich so roll up your sleeves and enjoy!— eating lunch at The Original Chickies Beef.

Chickie's Italian Beef Sandwich... Italian beef, sweet peppers, and hot giardiniera. Get your sandwich dipped in gravy…the ONLY WAY to eat a neat sandwich. This place used to be located at 28th and Pulaski. They moved to Hillside. If you're visiting Chicago, you have to put this on your list of places to eat. They also have AWESOME pizza, and they sell it by the slice.

One of Uncle Pete's favorite Italian beef spots is Chickie's Original Italian Beef in Hillside. 🇮🇹🥩

Chickie's has been serving Chicago-style favorites since 1962, and after decades in business, it's easy to see why they've built such a loyal following. Their Italian beef, sausage, old-school Chicago hot dogs, fresh-cut fries, and pizza all make this a spot worth checking out.
