Many of you have met Ali as she seamlessly pulls off your signature event, but what you don’t see is the effort and dedication behind the scenes. Ali is a tireless worker, answering client and staff questions alike at all hours of the night. From the moment you send your proposal to the last dance of the night, Ali has you covered with no stone unturned. We are so lucky Ali joined our team a year and a half ago and are thrilled to celebrate her today. We love you Ali!!

Katie may be enjoying savory lobster up North, but here Beau Catering , we are wishing a happy birthday to the engine that keeps this train running 🚂 .

It’s been nearly five years since Katie took the reins at Beau Catering, and with each day gone by, we are that much more grateful. While you are all fortunate to get a glimpse, the pride she takes not just in her own work but in carrying on Beau’s legacy cannot be fully understood until you see it firsthand. Her dedication and effort know no bounds, but it is her heart that remains at the forefront of all she does. Doing it all while staying true to her silly self (and keeping us laughing) is the icing on the cake 🎂 .

Katie has continued to build not just a business, but a family, and one we all feel so lucky to be a part of. Happy birthday, Katie – enjoy the rest of your WELL EARNED VACATION — we’ll do our best to hold down the fort until you’re back 😊

As comes to an end, we feel so fortunate to have been included in such a meaningful time in your lives. We’ve worked with so many wonderful couples, watching as your love blooms in front of your closest friends and families.

In April, we had the honor of working with Jaelyn & Kajun on their big day, our first ever event at — what a venue!!

We had so much fun last week attending the annual show in Charlotte! Can’t stop thinking about how delicious the food was, especially the shrimp from Maripesca 🍤 🤤

Also shoutout to the team at City Center for their topnotch customer service. Can’t wait to come down again next spring!!
