We are scrambling this morning as we had a call in order for 4 briskets. This will put brisket on short supply and will run out rather quickly.

I was able to cook additional ribs and along with Bowl Thursday we will be featuring a Rib Plate Special for $13, chilled racks of ribs for $15 and full hot racks for $25.

We will be at Fleming Lumber today and start serving at 11!

Thank you my friends for a great day! The grill was busy and we were delighted to see so many regular customers and pleased to make new friends!

Tomorrow we are at Fleming Lumber from 11-1 with Bowl Thursday and a great deal on “chilled” ribs.

It’s nice when someone comes to the trailer for the first time. Today we made a new friend and we’re delighted when she recommended us with a very nice review! We work hard and it’s pretty cool when someone takes the time!

Small business Day. It is recognized every year on May 10th. While I appreciate having a day to celebrate small business, Tonys Backyard BBQ is my 24/7/365.

June 17, 2026 is Tonys Backyard BBQ day for me and I invite you to come celebrate with us.

Try the food. If you like it come see us once or twice a week. If you don’t like it tell me how I can improve. We have a great menu that I’m sure you can find something you’ll enjoy!
