It’s going to be a great evening ( OCT 10th)in downtown Hillsboro! There will be a concert on wood street next to Opera House Brewing, we are restocked and ready with BBQ.

We will start serving at 4:30 and be located in the parking lot of Hillsboro Creamery.

If you stopped by for lunch and we were out, don’t worry we restocked and will be ready for tonight.

Menu: Brisket, Brisket Chili, Smoked Bologna, Brauts and Foot long brauts, smoked hot dogs, smoked Mac, and beans.

We are looking forward to seeing everyone out and about today for the Imagine Hillsboro harvest market. Saturday October 10 we will be serving lunch from 11-2. We will take a break to restock and return for supper from 4:30-8. You can find us in the parking lot at Hillsboro Creamery.

Lunch: Smoked brisket, smoked Bologna, foot long brauts, regular brauts, smoked hot dogs, smoked Mac and cheese and smoked beans.

Supper menu: Same as above along with Brisket Chili to enjoy on a cool night for the concert.

It has been quite some time since we’ve opened our food truck. Many of you stop us on the street and ask when the next time we will be open. We feel the love. With as busy as the ice cream shop has been, we have not been able to open. However, we love the Boat Regatta and tomorrow is your chance to grab Brisket, Smoked turkey, Hot dogs, and Smoked Mac and cheese. We would love to see you at this fun event. Stop by tonight for several new recipes.

I made this first one for Jill and I quite some time ago and we both loved it—but somehow I moved on and forgot to add it to the food truck rotation. That changes tonight.

NEW: Thai Chili Burnt Ends over coconut rice

Also NEW: The Western
Chopped smoked chicken on texas toast, topped with cheddar cheese, crispy onions, and red barbecue sauce.

It’s FESTIVUS for the rest of us!🎄
We’re open tonight 12/23 and celebrating the right way—with a Baby Back Rib Special!

Come air your grievances, perform feats of strength, and crush a plate of ribs that’ll make everything better.

Starting at 6. We will be at Hillsboro Creamery courtyard (The Creamery is open as well) and there will be QR codes to order from Opera House Brewing Company if you would rather us deliver. Either way, BBQ, Ice Cream, and a B**r, seems like a great Festivus evening.

Menu:
Rib meal- Half rack, scalloped potatoes, garlic Texas toast.

Join us for the 3rd annual Hillsboro downtown block party. Today(Saturday). We’ll be set up in Hillsboro Creamery courtyard starting at 5 PM. 

The block party is always very well attended. To keep the wait time down we will have a split menu this year.
