Enjoy award-winning dining in a casually elegant atmosphere at Madison’s. Known for some of the best locally sourced cuisine in North Carolina, the restaurant offers specialties like pecan-crusted palmetto quail and ribeye steak paired with grilled peaches and premium w**es. Patrons enjoy stunning views of the w**e garden, gentle breezes from open windows, and the sounds of a trickling waterfall. For a more intimate setting, reserve a private dinner in the w**e cellar for up to 12 guests.

The mark of a fresh cup! ☕

We're grateful for our friends at and the thoughtful collaboration that brought our custom Madison's blend and espresso cold brew to life.

A perfect pour, made especially for you at Madison's. ✨

Meet Annie Ledford, our newly appointed Executive Pastry Chef! ✨

Annie's story at Old Edwards began in 2018 when she joined as a pastry intern. Over the years, she has held every role in the pastry kitchen — growing and bringing creativity, dedication, and plenty of talent along the way.

Today, we're celebrating Annie and this exciting new chapter. We couldn't be more proud to have her leading our pastry team and can't wait to see all the sweet things ahead! 🍰

"Madison's in Highlands gets it right. The space is quiet, intentional, and well set in the mountains. The hummus and chicken salad stand out—simple, but done well. Service is steady and respectful. Worth the stop."

Meet Monica, our Assistant Food & Beverage Manager! ✨ With 12 years in hospitality and more than two years with Old Edwards Hospitality Group, Monica is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. When she's away from Madison's, you can find her tending to her garden, discovering new restaurants, or expressing her creativity through watercolor and acrylic painting.

Her favorite items on the menu? Well, right now, she's reaching for our French Toast to start the day and our Caesar Salad with grilled chicken for lunch. Two timeless favorites she never gets tired of recommending. 😊
