Meet Monica, our Assistant Food & Beverage Manager! ✨ With 12 years in hospitality and more than two years with Old Edwards Hospitality Group, Monica is passionate about creating memorable guest experiences. When she's away from Madison's, you can find her tending to her garden, discovering new restaurants, or expressing her creativity through watercolor and acrylic painting.

Her favorite items on the menu? Well, right now, she's reaching for our French Toast to start the day and our Caesar Salad with grilled chicken for lunch. Two timeless favorites she never gets tired of recommending. 😊
