Skyline Lodge features Indigo Road Hospitality Group’s Oak Steakhouse, a contemporary steakhouse restaurant. Oak’s menu includes steakhouse classics with a modern flair, utilizing Certified Angus Beef and local ingredients. The steakhouse, designed by Skyline’s interior design team, Mey & Co, seats up to 80 guests in an intimate and inviting dining room lined with luxurious leather banquettes, a custom floor-to-ceiling wine display, and three original working native granite stone fireplaces. Oak Steakhouse Highlands is sure to become a go-to for both Skyline Lodge guests and locals.

One last unforgettable evening under the stars. ✨
 
We’d like to thank from for spending the evening with us in the mountains. Chef Markie and Chef Mark made the final night of our Under the Stars, On the Rocks series a true celebration of great food, good company, and shared moments around the table.
 
To the incredible teams at Oak and Skyline: thank you for the heart, hustle, and hospitality you poured into every single night. A special shout-out to Chef Markie, Matt, and Ashley, who led the charge onsite and made each evening feel effortless and unforgettable. This series happens because of you.
 
Thank you to every chef who brought the heat and every guest who sat at our tables. You made our 2026 UTS series truly remarkable.
