Something new to round out our summer flavors ☀️

It's the perfect trio to enjoy with good company and a great view.

The burrata provides the perfect light bite with peach panzanella, crispy prosciutto, and basil oil.

The chicken schnitzel is savory and fresh with compressed mixed melon, mint, mozzarella pearls, and chili lime salt.

Tickets are sold out for September's Under the Stars, On the Rocks dinner where Guest Chef Jason Stanhope of Sullivan's Fish Camp leads the pack in a four-course dinner you won't want to miss.

June's Under the Stars, On the Rocks dinner welcomes back Guest Chef, Rob McDaniel, for a four-course experience alongside the Chefs of Oak Steakhouse.

Rob McDaniel was the very first chef to join us for the Under the Stars Chef Series, and we are thrilled to welcome him back once again. A six-time James Beard Award semifinalist for Best Chef: South, Chef McDaniel has built a career rooted in regional ingredients, foraging, and sustainable practices, creating a style that balances rustic roots with refined ex*****on.

He has earned national recognition for Helen, featured in publications including Esquire, Food & Wine, and Southern Living. With Bayonet — his acclaimed seafood-forward concept recently named to The New York Times’ list of America’s Best Restaurants of 2025 — he continues to explore the bounty of the Gulf and beyond.
