Mici Italian

Mici Italian Family Owned & Operated since 2004. Serving generations-old recipes using wholesome ingredients like If we won’t serve it to our kids, we won’t serve it to you!

At Mici, we serve you the same wholesome recipes that have been handed down to us for generations–long before processed and prepackaged options existed. Our sausage recipe contains nothing but pork, spices and Romano cheese. Our meatballs are hand-rolled the same way our father taught us. We always choose hormone-free chicken breast and uncured, nitrate-free pepperoni. When there’s a choice between average and exceptional (think imported Parmigiano-Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma and 100% extra virgin olive oil) we choose exceptional every time! It’s what we do for family!

Meet Travis Wilson, General Manager of our Briargate location in Colorado Springs! 🍕❤️

Travis has been part of the Mici family for more than three years and has worked at both of our Colorado Springs locations. Now, he leads the team at Briargate, our location that’s open late until midnight!

A few things to know about Travis:

🍕 Go-to order: The Pietro with chicken
🎮 After work: Hanging with his son, then some PlayStation 5
🎤 Fun fact: He sang distorted vocals in a band in high school

And when we asked him to finish the sentence, “At Mici, you’re family because…” his answer pretty much said it all:

“You’re family when you walk through that door.”

We’re lucky to have Travis as one of the shining lights of the Mici family. Stop by Briargate and say hi!

Nothing like a little family business orientation. 😂

Monica’s teaching the kids about hospitality, clean tables and making sure every plate is perfect.

They’re mostly interested in discussing salary and benefits.

Negotiations are not going well. 🍕😂
