The Grotto Steak House, now known as Bistecca - An Italian Steakhouse and The Grotto Bar was the first restaurant to open up in Highland Village Texas by Chef Morris Salerno. Chef Salerno's sister restaurant, Salerno's, a traditional Italian restaurant may be found in Flower Mound. With a romantic atmosphere, extensive w**e list, steak and seafood Italian cuisine, Bistecca is perfect for date night, friend's night, and business meetings. We believe in serving great food with impeccable presentation. You are invited to discover what we are all about.
