🌸 A Day in the Life at Rambling Oaks Courtyard 🌸
One of the things that makes me most proud of our community is the way we celebrate one another. Here at Rambling Oaks, we have something special called our Compliment Catcher 💕. Families, managers and coworkers use it to recognize and praise the amazing things our care team does each and every day.
Every time a compliment is shared, it goes into our butterfly jar 🦋 a reminder of the love, compassion, and dedication that fills our halls. At the end of each month, we draw a name from the jar and present a gift of appreciation, something truly meaningful like a TV or an iPad, to show just how valued our team members are.
These little notes of gratitude may seem small, but together they create a beautiful picture of the heart of Rambling Oaks. I couldn’t be prouder of the team that makes this community such a warm, safe, and joyful place to call home. 💚
