This is the kind of thirst trap we can get behind 🔥

Coated in Indian spices and smoked over apple and mesquite wood for 14 to 18 hours, our masala brisket is fork tender with a dark, smoky bark. Served with roasted potato wedges and our house barbecue chutney.
