Our famous Beeramisu just got a glam-up. 🍵✨

We transformed our mascarpone ice cream with matcha and used the new “Jabba the Nut” pistachio-hazelnut stout from the High Springs Brewing Company — then layered in chopped pistachios and finished it with a dark chocolate crackle and pistachio.

This Saturday night, VELVET NIGHTS: Swing Theory from Gainesville is bringing a full live swing band experience to The Opera House at The Great Outdoors Restaurant — and whether you want to dance, listen, sing, sway, tap your feet, or just enjoy an incredible night of live music, this event is for you.

After the amazing response to our beginner swing dance lessons, we’re adding FREE swing lessons before the band starts for anyone who wants to give it a try.
