We’re more than crafting the drinks you love…

Our mission at Joy Bar is simple: to show that creating meaningful employment opportunities for people with disabilities can be part of a thriving, for-profit business.

At our Eastchester location, we provide paid, part-time positions for Experience Facilitators with physical and intellectual disabilities. They’re the ones who greet guests, deliver drinks to tables, write encouraging messages on lids, and most importantly, get the opportunity to connect and serve their community.

Our goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where everyone can contribute, grow, and experience the joy that comes from being part of something bigger.✨

And we want Joy Bar to always be a place where you can grab your favorite drink, connect with others, and leave with a smile on your face.
