**Position:** Catering Chef de Cuisine
**Location:** Greensboro, High Point, Winston-Salem and Surrounding Areas
**Schedule:** Typically Thursday-Sunday with potential for overtime

**About the Role:**
This is a hands-on cooking position, perfect for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced environment. As our Chef de Cuisine, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring the highest quality of food production for our high-volume catering events.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee all culinary operations for catering events
- Hands-on preparation and cooking of gourmet dishes
- Ensure consistent quality and presentation of all food items
- Manage kitchen staff and coordinate with event planners
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Uphold all food safety and sanitation standards
**Requirements:**
- Experience working in a high-volume catering organization, preferably in the Northeast or West Coast
- Culinary degree preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks
- Must complete a paid 3-hour skill demo as part of the hiring process
