Meet the Baker! 👩‍🍳🌾
Hey y'all! I’m Haleigh, the face behind the stand.
My husband and I met back during our college days at Catawba, and a couple of years ago, we decided to settle down and plant our roots right here in the Hickory/Bethlehem area. I’m a proud stay-at-home mama to a wild and fun 2.5-year-old boy and a sweet 10-month-old baby girl.

What started out as a little sourdough hobby—and a way to help support my family as I transitioned out of full-time work—has turned into something so much bigger than I ever imagined. Seriously, I never thought I’d be known around town for my sourdough chocolate chip cookies, but I am absolutely not complaining 😆.

Keeping it Real...
I’ll be honest: some weeks are a total juggling act. Baking around the clock with two tiny assistants 24/7 has its chaotic moments! But seeing the final outcome of these baked goodies and hearing your amazing feedback makes every single late-night bake entirely worth it.

To Our Amazing Community:
The continued support every weekend and the new faces joining this page mean the world to my family and me. The other weekend was our fastest sellout ever, and I am still pinching myself!
I’m already back in the kitchen prepping for this week, trying out some new recipes, and I can’t wait to bring you more goodies. Thank you for supporting this dream—I can't wait to meet more of you in the coming weekends😊.

Hello everyone we are SOLD OUT for the weekend, thank you all so much 😊. This means more than y’all know & I’m so thankful for this community.

We will be closed next weekend June 5-7. And will reopen back on June 12-14. I will be working on getting more goodies out for everyone and more gluten free options. And if you would like to preorder by Wednesday at 5pm for Saturday pickup, please contact me:). Enjoy this sunny weekend ☀️.
