A Friendly Weekend Reminder for Everyone Enjoying Lake Hickory!

As we head into another beautiful weekend on the water, we’d like to remind everyone about the new No Wake Zone on Lake Hickory. The zone begins 100 yards upstream of the US 321 Bridge and extends to the end of the Hickory Riverwalk.

This new zone is in place to help improve safety for boaters, paddlers, anglers, and everyone enjoying the lake. Please slow down, stay alert, and help make Lake Hickory a safe place for all.

A special thank you to NC wildlife for stopping by today to discuss enforcement of the new No Wake Zone and for sharing the many ways they work year-round to keep Lake Hickory safe. We truly appreciate everything they do for our community!

What a night! Thank you to everyone who came out for Music Bingo tonight! The energy was incredible, the singing was loud, and the competition was fierce!
