Fall flavors have officially joined the menu at Don Camillo!! Our Chef Specials are getting a seasonal update with two fall favorites making their return.

Start with our Pumpkin Soup, fresh, creamy, a little spicy and made with only the best Cinderella pumpkins.

And save room for a true Don Camillo fall tradition. Our famous Pumpkin Cheesecake is back, bringing the perfect taste of autumn to the dessert table.

They join our current Chef Specials, including Bastoncini di Mozzarella, Hatch Chili Pizza and Hatch Chili Pasta.

Our latest Chef Specials have arrived, and this menu brings seasonal flavors and returning favorites.

Back by popular demand, Bastoncini di Mozzarella returns with handcrafted mozzarella, fried golden and served with house marinara and creamy jalapeño dipping sauce.

Then we’re turning up the heat with two new Hatch chile specials. Try our Hatch Chili Pizza, topped with spicy sausage, roasted Hatch chilis, fresh mushrooms, gooey mozzarella and tomato sauce, or dig into the Hatch Chili Pasta, featuring stuffed Hatch chilis filled with tender shredded beef, mushrooms and pasta, baked with bubbling cheese and finished with a creamy, zesty sauce.

And for dessert, another favorite makes its return. Our homemade Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake is a decadent blend of chocolate and raspberry atop a buttery graham cracker crust.

New Chef Specials have arrived at Don Camillo, but only for a limited time! Start with our handmade Sausage Ravioli, crafted fresh in-house, deep fried to golden perfection, and served with marinara and our creamy jalapeño sauce for dipping.

Then choose from two incredible entrées: Gnocchi Al Forno, featuring pillowy potato gnocchi baked in a luscious blush cream sauce and finished with a blanket of bubbling mozzarella (add chicken or shrimp if you'd like), or Linguini alle Vongole, tender linguini tossed with sweet littleneck clams, shallots, garlic, white w**e, bright lemon zest, and fresh parsley for a light, classic Italian favorite.

And don't forget dessert! Our homemade White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake is a silky white chocolate cheesecake layered with ribbons of tart raspberry and finished with a delicate raspberry drizzle.
