Trying a few new things this weekend.
Smoked bologna and stuffed pork tenderloin.

Didn’t purchase the correct tenderloin but made due with what I got.

The pork butt is still rapped up so no pictures taken. This will be a snack throughout the week.

Everything I smoked last Wednesday- Friday this is the only picture I thought of taking. I need to get better.

Thank you for everyone that ordered. I smoked a total of (2) Boston butts and (6) turkeys.

Had one customer already put in his order for two more turkeys for Christmas. He took his two turkeys to Memphis, which I was worried about with Memphis being TN’s bbq hot spot. He said his entire family devoured the turkeys I cooked for him.

Again thank you and I’ll try to get better with picture taking and possibly small videos.
