Many of you have heard that our roastery suffered a devastating fire. While the building that housed our roasting operation was lost, we're incredibly grateful that no one was injured.

The past several days have been filled with difficult conversations, countless phone calls, and more encouragement than we ever imagined. Through it all, one thing has become abundantly clear—community is everything.

To our neighbors, friends, customers, and the Mini-Cassia community: thank you. Thank you for your prayers, your messages, your phone calls, and your willingness to help. Your kindness has carried us through some very difficult days.

We also want to recognize something that makes the specialty coffee industry so special. While coffee companies may appear to be competitors, we're also a close-knit community that believes in helping one another. Within hours of the fire, fellow coffee professionals were reaching out with offers of equipment, advice, and support.

Because of one incredible roasting partner who stepped in to help, we'll continue supplying the same fresh, specialty coffee you've come to expect from OnPoint Coffee Roasters while we rebuild. This partnership allows us to continue serving our wholesale accounts, our online customers, and—soon—our coffee shop guests without compromising the quality and standards that define who we are.

Our knowledge, our sourcing, our roasting philosophy, our quality standards, and our passion for exceptional coffee haven't changed. This is simply a temporary chapter in our story. If anything, this experience has strengthened our resolve.

We're rebuilding our roastery.
We're moving full speed ahead with our coffee shop.

And we're more committed than ever to bringing Southern Idaho an exceptional specialty coffee experience.

We're getting closer to opening OnPoint Coffee Roasters Coffee House in downtown Burley, and before we begin interviews, we'd like to invite anyone interested in working with us to an Introduction Meeting.

This isn't an interview.
It's an opportunity for you to learn who we are, why we started OnPoint Coffee Roasters, and the vision behind what we're building. We're looking for people who enjoy serving others, love learning, work well as a team, and want to be part of building something special for our community.

If, after the meeting, you feel like our vision aligns with yours, we'll invite you to schedule an individual interview.
