As of last week, I am no longer baking. Between teaching full time and taking college course to get my masters, it just got to be a bit too much 😔 I want to thank each and every one of you for supporting my small business the past 10+ years. I enjoyed my time baking and forming relationships with all of you 😊

I am down to my last box of Carbquik (about 1/2 box), and will not be repurchasing. Carbquik is used for Scones, Cinnamon Rolls, and Keto Bites. I currently have 2 Scones available on my website since they are the most popular of the 3. If you would like Cinnamon Rolls or Keto Bites, let me know and I’ll adjust quantities available.

Happy August!!!

Etsy Customers: As of today, I am only offering Keto Mixes (pancakes 🥞, cookies 🍪, brownies, muffins, hot cocoa/coffee creamer ☕️) and my NEW Keto Cookbook (over 80 recipes 😮)!

Website Customers: As of this morning, my website is still up and running! I cancelled it 6/25, so not sure how long that will be the case 🤷‍♀️ I can send a PayPal invoice or Venmo request when that time comes. Orders will ONLY ship on Mondays, so get your orders in by noon on Saturdays!

As I transition from baking to teaching, there are some ingredients that I will not repurchase when I run out. One of those is the sugar free candy gems (M&M’s). I have enough right now to make 1 order of Monster Cookies and 3 orders of Trail Mix (or no Monster Cookies and 6 orders of Trail Mix).

Now that all the t’s are crossed and i’s dotted, I can make the official announcement 🥁🥁🥁

👩‍🏫 This fall I will be teaching full time as well as pursuing my Master’s in Elementary Education. This is going to take up a significant amount of time, so baking is no longer going to be my top priority.

👩‍🍳 Here’s the plan: I will bake on weekends and ship orders Mondays. If this gets to be too much, I will have to stop baking all together 😞
