Susie claims she stole these pretzels from Southwest Airlines… and honestly, we’re not asking questions. ✈️😂🥨

One of the FAVORITE traditions at our Cookier Events + Retreats retreats is our TREAT SWAP! 🍪🍬🍫

Everyone brings 20 treats to trade, and we all leave with a bag FULL of goodies to snack on throughout the weekend!

The best part?! Getting to try everyone’s favorite treats, homemade goodies, and things you probably would have never thought to try yourself!

It’s like trick-or-treating for grown women, and we’re OBSESSED! 😂🩷

Seriously, it’s the little traditions like this that make our retreats so much fun! ✨

Would you rather bring something homemade or your favorite store-bought treat?! 👀

When your retreat house has FOUR levels but also has an elevator… you better believe we’re putting that thing to WORK! 😂🛗🧳

Between all the luggage, retreat supplies, groceries, and 18 women moving in for the weekend, this elevator might just be the real MVP of our Flourish Heber Valley retreat! 🙌🏼✨

Because who wants to carry all that up four flights of stairs?! NOT US. 🤣

Come spend my 9–5 with me! 🍪✨ Except my workday doesn’t exactly fit into a 9–5. 😂

Started the morning dropping the kids off at school just before 9, then headed home to get myself ready, tidy up the house, switch laundry, and hang up a few clothes before heading out to teach!

Next stop: Orson Gygi! 🍪 One hour of setup followed by a 2.5-hour cookie decorating class where we made royal icing from scratch, mixed colors, practiced different consistencies, and decorated the CUTEST little Sanderson Sisters cookies! 🧙‍♀️🧡

After class, I treated myself to a Swig (because obviously 🥤), then headed to the car wash to wash, vacuum, and wipe down my car before retreat prep officially takes over tomorrow!

Squeezed in a Costco run, unloaded everything at home, grabbed my daughter, and headed out for a little mother-daughter pedicure date. 💅🏼💕

And now we’re headed home for the nighttime routine with the kids!

Some days I spend hours decorating cookies, other days I’m teaching, running errands, prepping retreats, or just trying to keep up with the laundry. 😂

It’s busy, it’s a little chaotic, but I genuinely love that I get to call this my job! 🥹🫶🏻

The cutest little ghostie needed a bow, obviously. 👻🎀✨

This is hands down my FAVORITE way to pipe a bow because it gives it that dimensional, 3D look that makes the whole cookie pop! I love how whimsical and girly she turned out. 🤍

This adorable ghost design was inspired by hippycheerco and a sock design from our cookie gift set collaboration! I knew the second I saw it that it HAD to become a cookie. 👻🎀

Would you try this bow technique?!

Come with me to teach a cookie decorating class at Orson Gygi! 🍪✨

From prepping and setting up, to decorating, teaching, and seeing everyone’s finished cookies…I love getting to share what I’ve learned over the years with other cookie decorators. And look how amazing my students did! 🥹👏🏼

We also got to sample THREE of my cookie recipes in class…Pumpkin Spice, Traditional Vanilla + Chocolate! 🤎🎃🍫

All three recipes are available for purchase on my website at JannicasCookies.com! Sweatshirt is from Renee Terry. 🍪
