Hernando Intermediate School showed up today! 🥤💗

We had a cart FULL of Rail orders headed their way, but with Parent Open House tonight, we wanted to do a little something extra for the teachers and staff who are putting in an extra-long day. 🫶🏼

For every drink ordered today, Rail donated a FREE Hydration Tea for the school to enjoy! 💦⚡️

Because sometimes it’s about more than just delivering teas—it’s about taking care of the people who spend their days taking care of our kids. ❤️

We’re looking for local businesses, vendors, organizations, and community members who would like to set up a trunk or booth, pass out candy, promote their business, and help us create a fun night for the kids in our community! 👻🍬

🚨RAIL CAFE CUSTOMERS 🚨

We know it can be a little disappointing to stop by Rail expecting to grab lunch from Rail Cafe… only to hear, “Not quite yet!” We promise—we are VERY, VERY close! ❤️🚂

We’ve had so many of you stop by, message us, and even call trying to place food orders already, and while we hate having to tell you we aren’t open just yet, we are SO thankful for the excitement and support surrounding Rail Cafe.

Right now, we’re simply waiting on a few final inspections and finishing touches before we can officially open those doors.

One thing I refuse to do is rush the process just to say we’re open.

Customer satisfaction is our TOP priority. We want to make sure that when you order lunch from us, we have everything we need, our team is properly trained, our kitchen is prepared, and we’re ready to give you the quality food and service you deserve—from day ONE.

I know it’s disappointing when you’re already craving something you haven’t even gotten to try yet. 😂 But every extra day of preparation is one more day we’re using to make sure Rail Cafe is MORE than ready when we finally say, “WE’RE OPEN!”

Thank you for your patience, your excitement, and especially for already wanting to support us before we’ve served the first plate. 🥹

We’re looking to add a TEA-RISTA 🥤 to the Rail family!

Experience making loaded teas/shakes is preferred, but NOT required — we’re happy to train the right person! 💗

We’re looking for someone who is:
🥤 Friendly & outgoing
🥤 Dependable and on time
🥤 Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
🥤 Able to multitask and stay organized
🥤 Great with customers
🥤 Willing to learn our recipes and make drinks consistently
🥤 Someone who takes pride in keeping their workspace CLEAN & STOCKED
🥤 A team player with a positive attitude
🥪 Must be willing to cross-train and help in Rail Cafe as needed

⏰ AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS:
You MUST have open availability anytime between 6:00 AM–2:00 PM. This does not mean you’ll work the entire 6–2 shift every day, but you must be available to be scheduled during those hours.

📅 You will also be required to work at least ONE Saturday per month.

With Rail Cafe coming into the mix, we need someone who isn’t afraid to jump in, learn both sides of the business, and help wherever needed!

Experience is a plus, but personality, work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn matter even more!

If you love people, bring good energy to work, and think you’d be a great fit with the Rail crew, we want to hear from you! 💗
