Monday Night Meatloaf at Pinkie's BBQ
These beauties just came out of our smoker after 4 hours over hickory wood. We server slices on a bed of yellow corn cheese grits with a brown mustard base BBQ sauce and one of our homemade hush puppies. Oink, Oink!
