Come help us celebrate with Knotzen Brats on Thursday!

One whole year. We still can't believe it. 🌭🥨🎉

Thank you Hermiston for showing up, supporting us, and making this the most incredible first year we could have asked for. You are the reason we love doing what we do.

This week we are celebrating, and we want you to be part of it! Come find us at our regular location this Thursday, September 17th from 4 PM to 8 PM. May we recommend the Hermiston Dog?

And then this Friday, September 18th, we are heading out to Echo Ridge Cellars in Echo, Oregon for Food Friday from 6 PM to 8 PM. We will be serving our special Food Friday brat — the 3 Blonds and a Brat. Bratwurst, caramelized onions, brat sauce, and sauerkraut. Come try it!

Here's to year one — and many more to come. 💚

⏰ Thursday | 4 PM – 8 PM

Good food and good drinks. Name a better combination. 🌭🍺

Knotzen Brats and Neighbor Dudes are right next door to each other for a reason. Grab your order from us and pull up a seat at the tap house — or let your drink from Neighbor Dudes be the perfect companion to your haus-made hotdog or pretzel.

However you do it, you really can't go wrong. 💚
