We are going to cross our fingers and toes that we keep power today. All day.
We will be doing our wings special tonight since we missed last night. We still have lemon pie and peanut butter pie and our special today for lunch is a Bleu Cheese Burger with fries.

Last night, our community once again showed what makes Herington so special.

Because of your generosity, support, and willingness to show up for one of our own, The Spot & Dining Car fundraiser raised an incredible $3,962 for Ava Thibodeau and her family.

From everyone who purchased a meal, shared a post, volunteered their time, donated, or simply kept Ava in their prayers, thank you. Your kindness means more than words can express.

As Ava’s family continues navigating insurance decisions and exploring rehabilitation facilities for her next phase of recovery, these funds will help ease the burden of transportation and travel expenses to ensure Ava can receive care at the facility that gives her the very best opportunity for a full recovery.

The journey ahead is still a long one, but this community has already shown that Ava and her family will not walk it alone.

💜 The support doesn’t stop here! The Snow Barn-es is still going strong with fundraising efforts, and we encourage everyone to continue supporting the cause if you are able. Every snow cone purchased at this week’s baseball games is another way to help Ava and her family during this challenging time.
