That's all folks . Pinky's Cafeteria is sold out sand officialy closed. Thanks for the memories. Special thanks to Kirk Mefford and his lovely family, Herington elementary school and middle school staff and all of the surrounding businesses and patrons. Be blessed!!!!!!

Goodmorning everyone! Today at Pinky's Cafeteria at the Herington Regional Airport we will be serving piping hot chili with your choice of fixins including an option to put it over rice. Today and today only the special will be $7.99 so hurry on down before jack frost gets here and cools our jets. Hope to see ya soon!!!

Good Day everyone just an update on tomorrows special. Tomorrow at Pinky's Cafeteria the special will be BBQ chicken legs and thighs, peas and carrots, fried rice and a dinner roll. As always the add a drink for only $9.99, hope to see ya there.

Good morning everyone and happy Saturday! Today at Pinky's Cafeteria we will be serving Tacos Al Pastor with a side of rice and beans as our 9.99 special. Al Pastor is a pineapple and chili marinated roasted shaved pork.We will also have a hot pot of Pozole Rojo bubbling away at 6.99 per order including all toppings. Hope to see ya soon!

Today's special at Pinky's Cafeteria will be Pozole Rojo. Traditional Pozole Rojo (posole) is a rich, brothy soup with a bit of a kick made with pork, hominy, potatoes, red beans, cabbage, and red chiles. Pile your soup with toppings like crunchy raw shredded cabbage, radishes, cilantro, and onions. Served with your choice of tortillas or homemade yeast rolls and a drink for only $9.99. So come on in and get warmed up from the inside out at Pinky's Cafeteria located just outside the Herington Airfield and between Hodgdon powder and U.S Stone ! Drive safe.
