As we enter the holiday season, stepping into the roasting room takes on a whole new meaning. We are always so thankful for those that enjoy our coffee, but this season often brings the opportunity to share what we love with more and more people around the world! I love to think, as I am roasting , who will be sharing this moment with me in a cup of coffee, a gathering with friends, in a moment of peace before the day begins. Coffee is not just a commodity, it is an experience, a tradition, and something that should be shared.
