More Than Just Soup. It’s Tradition ❤️

Pho is one of Vietnam’s most beloved dishes, with roots dating back over 100 years. Traditionally enjoyed as a comforting breakfast, pho has become a symbol of Vietnamese culture, bringing families and communities together over a warm bowl of carefully crafted broth.

At Boba Mi, we honor that tradition. Our pho broth is simmered for 24 hours using beef bones, fresh herbs, and aromatic spices. Every step—from roasting and simmering to carefully skimming and seasoning—is done with patience and care to develop the rich, clear broth that we call “liquid gold.”

Great pho can’t be rushed. It’s made with time, tradition, and love. We hope you can taste that in every bowl.
