Every Tuesday (as long as Lori’s working!) you’ll find our fresh-from-scratch cinnamon rolls coming out of the oven.

🥐 Soft, fluffy, and made by hand

Meet the Peach Street Bowl 🍑

It all started when Mrs. Debra dropped off a basket of fresh Colorado peaches. I got to experimenting in the kitchen, and the result was too good not to share.

Local Honey Chipotle Lime Chicken, fresh-made Peach Salsa, house Honey Peach Vinaigrette, guacamole, cotija cheese creama, crisp veggies, seasoned rice, and crunchy tortilla chips.

It’s sweet, smoky, fresh, and just the right amount of spicy.

Available for a limited time while peach season lasts.

We are open Monday - Saturday 11A-2P, swing by for lunch. 🥗

(Closed Saturday’s in July and August 1st due to conference).

🌞 Fresh Today at Sparky’s 🌞

A customer shared some fresh peaches with me, and I couldn’t let them go to waste.

So I made Fresh Peach Salsa from scratch with:
🍑 Fresh peaches
🌽 Sweet corn
🧅 Red onion
🌶️ Jalapeño
🌿 Cilantro
🍋 Fresh lime juice

It’s sweet, a little tangy, spicy, and ridiculously fresh.

I’ll have it here at the store while it lasts—perfect with our wraps or bowls, you wanna try it just let us know!

This is what hometown cooking is all about. ❤️
