One year.

6,000+ orders. 8,000+ pizzas out of that oven. But those aren’t really the numbers that get us.

What gets us is that 6,000 times, somebody chose us. Pulled into a lot, waited by the truck, took a box home to the people they love. Some of you have been here since week one, back when we were still figuring it out. Some of you found us last Friday. All of it counts.

Thank you to every regular, every first-timer, and everyone who told a friend where to find us. You built this.

And last but not least, none of this happens without Manny and Erica Ruiz Espinoza. Family in every sense of the word. You two carried the late nights, the early prep, and the hard days nobody sees. This truck runs on your love as much as it runs on fire. Thank you doesn’t cover it, but thank you.

One year down. Menu’s got a fresh coat of paint.

Same pies, same oven, same guy in the window. A couple additions worth your attention: the secret menu that y’all talked about loud enough that we just put it in print, and a crowd favorites list so first-timers know where to start.

Pep Rally, Not Your Granny’s Apple, and Mama’s Supreme made the favorites list. Argue amongst yourselves.
