Bill is, without question, one of the hardest-working people we have ever known. He’s quiet, intentional, hates the spotlight, always holds the line, and pours into people in ways that leave a lasting impact.

There is simply no way to measure what Bill has meant to Demos’ over the last 30 years, or the impact his leadership and influence will continue to have for years to come.

Not many people are fortunate enough to work alongside someone like Bill, much less call him a friend. We are incredibly grateful that 30 years ago, he chose Demos’ as his work family.

Bill, you have helped shape far more than a company. You’ve helped shape the people who make it what it is. And that is a legacy worth celebrating.

Celebrating Charlie’s 30 year Anniversary with Demos’. Charlie is one of the most humble, loyal, and dedicated people we have ever known. It’s an immense blessing and honor to get to work with Charlie day in and day out. Please help us congratulate him on this amazing accomplishment!
