At Independent Bean Roasters, we roast fresh every week so what you’re brewing is always at its best. That freshness is a big part of what we care about, and it shows in the cup.
We only sell whole bean coffee, and that’s intentional. Coffee starts losing flavor and aroma once it’s ground, so keeping it whole means you get more of what makes each roast special. Grind it right before brewing for the best flavor and balance.
No grinder? No problem. We’re happy to grind it for you in shop for your brewing style.

Starting this week, we have new hours of operation.
We’ll be open Wednesday through Saturday, 9am–1pm through the end of summer. Once we make it through the summer season, we’ll take a look at things and see where we go from there.
