At Independent Bean Roasters, we roast fresh every week so what you’re brewing is always at its best. That freshness is a big part of what we care about, and it shows in the cup.
We only sell whole bean coffee, and that’s intentional. Coffee starts losing flavor and aroma once it’s ground, so keeping it whole means you get more of what makes each roast special. Grind it right before brewing for the best flavor and balance.
No grinder? No problem. We’re happy to grind it for you in shop for your brewing style.

It’s going to be a beautiful weekend, and the farmers market is in full swing, making it a great time to get out, stock up, and say hi.
At Independent Bean Roasters, we roast fresh every week so what you’re brewing at home is always at its best. That freshness is a big part of what we care about, and it shows in every cup.
We only sell whole bean coffee, and that’s intentional. Coffee starts losing flavor and aroma once it’s ground, so keeping it whole preserves the oils and complexity until you’re ready to brew. Grind it right before brewing for the best flavor.
No grinder? No problem. We’re happy to grind it for your brewing method.
