If you know Isaac Church, you know two things he loves: supporting our community and helping kids. When he learned about the WKY Royal Family KIDS Camp, the first foster care camp of its kind in Kentucky that is being done here locally first, he knew he wanted to get the community involved.
This incredible new nonprofit chapter is dedicated to creating life-changing experiences for children who have experienced foster care, giving them a week filled with fun, encouragement, positive memories, and the chance to simply be kids.
We're asking our amazing Singo crowd and local community to help us stock this first camp with much-needed items for their campers. From now through July 8th, you can drop off donations anytime at Firedome.
Girls' one-piece swimsuits (sizes 6–16)
First aid supplies (Band-Aids, gauze, sunscreen, rash cream, medical tape, etc.)
Swim towels
Birthday gifts (Legos, Hot Wheels, Barbies, Squishies, etc)
On Wednesday, July 8th, we'll welcome Tiffany Chandler and Nick Sherrill to Firedome just before Singo. They'll be available to answer questions about the camp and help us learn more about how this organization is changing lives. Our goal is to present them with a great collection of donated items for their very first group of campers!
Thank you for always showing up when local children need us. Let's help make sure these kids arrive at camp knowing their community cares.
Drop off donations at Firedome anytime between now and July 8th.
Be sure to follow WKY Royal Family KIDS Camp on social media to learn more about their mission and how you can get involved at a deeper level.
