We wanted to share a quick update as we head into spring.

The restaurant and butcher shop will be closed April 6–14. We’re taking this time to reset as a team, do some training and prepare for the season ahead.

We’ll reopen for dinner service starting April 15 (Wednesday–Sunday), and lunch will return May 1.

This pause is something we believe in. It helps us come back more focused, more connected and ready to serve this community we care so much about.

Thanks for your support and patience. We can’t wait to welcome you back.

Valentine's Day at The Union is a four-course prix fixe evening—the kind of night where you sit across from someone you love, the kitchen sends out course after course, and you don't think about anything else for a few hours.

Three ways to join us: a private table for two, a shared table with other couples, or a seat at the bar or chef's counter (honestly our favorite way to eat). Prices range from $70–$90 per person depending on where you sit.

160 seats total, split across two seatings. When they're gone, they're gone.

You might notice the menu doesn’t spell out specific steak cuts. That’s on purpose.

Our butchers and culinary team are in constant conversation, working with what each animal gives us.

Because of that, the steaks change from day to day. It keeps things honest and a little unexpected. Sometimes it means you’ll fall in love with a cut you didn’t even know to ask for.

We’ve got some new things in the butcher case—and they’re too good not to share.

Chef Andrew Mace just rolled out a few new house-made items using Old Salt grass-fed and finished beef: original and jalapeño jerky, plus a new Bacon Chili Crisp dip that’s equally good on a slide of sourdough bread, your favorite cut of steak or anything that could use a little heat.

Stop in for a glass of wine, grab something to go, or take a look at what’s new next time you’re in. It’s an easy way to bring a little of The Union home with you.

That's what the team at CBS left Montana understanding firsthand after their visit to Mannix Ranch and The Union. We're proud to showcase some of the best of Montanas producers through the work of the Co-Op and food we help put on your plates at our restaurants.

Props to chef Andrew Mace for serving up some of our favorite dishes, to all the team members working behind the scenes and to the local community for being the reason we're so passionate about this work.
