The holiday season is right around the corner, and I am now taking reservations up into December 20th. Last year I did 12 parties in 9 weekends starting the weekend after Thanksgiving so I implore those who are looking to book a special evening filled with laughter and tears( my tears cuz I cry at every single one LOL) and of course amazing food to get with your peeps and Friends and get at me as soon as possible. DM me for any details or questions about menu and dates. And I remind folks that upon reservation the grocery deposits are due. 1 bowl of tom kha/yum soup
2 Vietnamese tumeric chicken salad rolls
Yum nuah (Thai beef salad) with seared tri tip
Green chicken curry
Padd Thai with shrimp and chicken
Sams Thai glazed ribs
Sweet and tangy shrimp
Strawberry coconut basil cheesecake

And leftovers for each guest guaranteed.

This is a menu sample; soup, appetizer, salad, 3-4 entrees, desert. . . 8 courses.

During your 8 course dinner party I take great pleasure in teaching you, in detail, what ingredients complete the dish’s I’ve catered specifically for your evening, (I cater each menu to our clients taste/requests) a little Thai culture, and the origins of dish’s and the cuisine as a whole. Offering an experience, to my observation, that is not available anywhere else.

It is simply an honor to be allowed into my clients homes, to share my passion, my love for Thai cuisine, for their families, friends, and loved ones.

This was the very first “special” or twist, on a traditional dish I had ever done. I still remember who ordered the first plate (2015) 🥰🥰

Fried chicken over a Thai fried omelet, with avocado and the freshies on top. Probably the first dish I paired with NAGA (also circa 2015) as well.

The freshness of the NAGA combined with the fried chicken isn’t comparable to anything else in my opinion. Simply the most 💣💣 soul food experience I’ve ever created

The firecracker chicken N waffle is close 2nd🔥🔥

Another great night with the most awesome of humans! At each of these events, even if I only know the clients slightly, so much love is felt by the end of our culinary adventure together.
