We’re brewing Revel Coffee’s Throttle Blend.
A heavy bodied blend of washed and natural coffees from Africa and the Americas with notes of bittersweet chocolate, raw sugars, dark caramel and blackberry. “Deep, sweetly pungent. Brown sugar, blood orange, apricot, roasted cacao nib, fresh-cut cedar, a hint of narcissus-like flowers in aroma and small cup. Silky mouthfeel. The cacao nib softens to chocolate in a very sweet, smooth finish. Outstanding in three parts milk: a crisp, cedary chocolate dominates, nuanced by the orange and a hint of narcissus."

We’re brewing Revel Coffee’s Sumè Blend.
"Deep, complex, original. Sweet fruit (watermelon, strawberry), halvah, cocoa, candy-cap mushroom in aroma and cup. Sweet-tart-savory in structure; plush, satiny mouthfeel. Finish is crisp yet resonant, centered around halvah and cashew." Sumè is Revel's take on the classic Mocha Java; Sumatra Aceh Tenga x Ethiopia Wush Wush. Sumè brings together two distinct yet complementary coffees: a fruit-forward natural from Ethiopia's Guji zone and a rich, earthy wet-hulled offering from Sumatra’s highlands. Together, they create a complex and balanced cup with layered sweetness, deep body, and lingering character.
