Hi there. This is me, just trying to look as hopeful as I can.
I know the posts have been erratic this month. Frankly, working the Arkansas Pie Festival wore me out, and I am catching up. I have appreciated all the folks who have reached out to me, both in-person and online, to give me support and cheer me on. You have no idea how much it means to me.
Grav is mostly recovered now, and I am pushing onward with the research on barbecue in Arkansas. Look for me at the inaugural Bentonville BBQ Festival on May 31st.
Meanwhile, I am going to be getting back to sharing some of the great places I have visited recently.
If you are looking for ways to support what I do, there are several things you can take on.
1. Share posts - and comment on them, too. This helps me a little and these restaurants so much.
2. Consider throwing a few dollars my way, if you have them - I have links in the About section on the page.
3. Send tips on where to to and what dishes I should try!
4. Suggest me as a speaker for your next meeting or event - I love to talk (and yeah, I love to get paid for it) and with a topic as all-encompassing and entertaining as Arkansas food, I never run out of material.
5. Visit all these places you see on this page. They all need your help, especially right now.
