Fresh Hop Season at Headwaters with 2 Currently on Draft
•Mother Earth- Fresh as it gets Wet Hop IPA
Our annual "farm-to-kettle" brew features freshly harvested hop flowers driven straight from the field to the brewery. Totaling over 10 lbs. per barrel, we layer in late additions from the whirlpool through fermentation, to extract as much hop oil as possible. This year’s edition features hop superstar Citra, well known for its distinct rich ripe mango, juicy peach, and citrus flavor profile. Appropriately, the malts take a backseat and allow the star of the show to shine.

•Fremont Brewing/Kulshan- Juice Box Hero Fresh Hop IPA
Juice Box Hero is a Fresh Hop West Coast IPA we brewed with our friends at Kulshan Brewing. Rahr to Thee Pilsner malt and Malted Oats with FRESH Dolcita hops, and Dolcita and Citra hops. Dark yellow with some haze, Tropical, passion fruit, pineapple, mango, orange, citrus, melon and stone fruit & grassy notes. Subtle sweetness and mildly bitter

🍺Hacker Pschorr- Oktoberfest
Only 6 Munich breweries are allowed to serve b**r at Oktoberfest - and Hacker-Pschorr is one of them. Every year, the brewmasters from the 6 traditional Munich breweries strive to create an exceptional b**r for Oktoberfest visitors. The Oktoberfest b**r has always been considered an exceptional brew. The balanced flavour with malt aroma and tangy, bitter notes give it a distinctive taste. The b**r is required to have at least 13.5% original gravity, which gives it a 5.7% alcohol by volume.

🍺Outlaw Brewing- Oktoberfest
Lighter bodied and lighter color than a Marzen. This clean l***r with subtle caramel notes represents what would be drank at present day Oktoberfest.

🍺Cranky Sam's- Festbier
Brewed with high-quality German Pilsner and Vienna malts, this traditional Festbier is modeled after the classic biers served in steins at the famed Oktoberfest celebration in Munich. Here in the States, this angle of "Oktoberfest" is brewed less frequently than the more common amber-colored Märzen. It is comparable in character and balance to a stronger, richer Helles with a depth of malt complexity and a soft noble aroma. Tasting Notes: Balanced, bready, honey, light toast, noble, floral

🍺Bridger Brewing- Oktoberfest
A clean and smooth pale German L***r letting the malt do most the talking. Brewed with European malt and hops for a wonderful representation of what is being served today at Oktoberfest. Less malty, heavy, and dark than a Marzen, this present day Festbier is brewed to have a nice malty flavor but being balanced and light enough to enjoy multiple pints all month long.
