We're sponsoring two seats to Clean in Montana, a three-day learning intensive in Bozeman focused on listening, leadership, and communicating across differences. Every purchase contributes $15 directly to the Women in Ranching Community Regrant program, providing funding and support for women-led workshops and educational projects that build practical skills in essential land and livestock work.

From our restaurants and butcher counter, to the ranchers who make up our meat co-op, to the artists and individuals we bring together through the Old Salt Festival, this work has always been about connection — to the land, to the people who steward it, and to one another.

Being recognized across all of these efforts is a meaningful reminder that when food, community, and land stewardship are treated as inseparable, something lasting can take root.
