Thank you to the Trumansburg Education Foundation for having your annual dinner at Diamond for the second time! We truly enjoyed hosting you. We are so lucky to have an incredible sunset for the second year in a row!

Appetizers:
Phyllo cups with chevre and fig
Kofte meatballs with pomegranate molasses and tahini

Salad:
Green salad with cucumbers, tomatoes and rainbow radish with balsamic vinaigrette

Mains:
Chicken breast with forty cloves of garlic sauce
Roasted root vegetables
Mashed potatoes
Lemon green beans

Dessert:
Brownies topped with ganache and dried orange peel and gold flecks
Chocolate chip cookies
Chocolate covered figs
Coffee ice cream (in honor of the Coffee Shed / Trimmers!)

Our Fall Hours haven't changed, but sunset time keeps getting moved up!!

We are closed for a private event on Thursday, October 8th, but open all the rest of the days through early November.

Hours:
Thursday 5-8:30pm
Friday 5-8:30pm
Sunday 10am-2pm
