Funny how smells can trigger memories- The smell of the first pot of Brunswick stew simmering tonight took me back to when i created this recipe 15 years ago.
A lot work, time, trial & error and money goes into these recipes.
I sampled stew in Virginia, Georgia and South Carolina before completing my recipe. Incorporating parts of each region, this stew is a winner.
