It’s Team Tuesday! Where every Tuesday we feature one of our dedicated staff members that makes your dining experience worth while! This week’s feature belongs to Tabi!
Tabi grew up here in our own not-so-little Heber, and is now raising her adorable curly-haired little one in the same place! She loves sunshine, a cold Corona (or a Coronita if you really want to make her feel loved because the mini version is her favorite), the color black, and spending time with her family and closest friends!
A little over 7 years ago, Tay (you remember Tay, right? She was last week’s feature!) wanted to explore the world of serving—enter Tabi. Tay knew that Tabi’s work ethic would be an valuable addition to the team (and we’ve trapped her here ever since..KIDDING.) she started with us as a host and busser, moved into food running, serving, and bartending, and is now one of our managers! She has a killer eye for what needs to be done and isn’t afraid to tell you.
Find her serving guests on the floor, aiding staff in preparing for the day, or saying hi to one of our locals!
