Cucina Rustico Mobile Wood Fired Pizza Cucina Rustico is located in the Heber Valley. Our fire is truly alive.

We are a wood-fired neighborhood food truck with an emphasis on locally sourced ingredients, fresh meats, handmade pizzas, pastas, breads and desserts! Each day we feed it and cultivate the flame to achieve the perfect texture and flavor. Come and share our passion for deliziosa cucina italiana.

I'll know more later today if I'm able to get my order. If I can't, I'll be closed tomorrow also. I only have stock for 2 days so I'm saving it for the weekend. Sorry for the inconvenience. I'll keep you updated.
