-Chicken Piccata-
Pan-seared airline chicken finished in a classic piccata sauce made with butter, capers, white wine, fresh minced garlic, and chicken stock. Served with seasoned rice and green beans with cherry tomatoes.

-Beef Stroganoff Pasta-
Tender beef, mushrooms, and diced onions simmered in a rich, creamy sauce made with heavy cream, Dijon mustard, beef stock, red wine, butter, sour cream, and Parmesan cheese. Tossed with pasta and finished with fresh chopped parsley.
